CrateOnScene / Cosplayers
Your Cosplay Journey, Beyond the Convention.
Connect your cosplay presence to the events you participate in and build a lasting record of your appearances.
Give Your Cosplay Presence a Home
Introduce yourself through a public profile with your biography, profile photo, and links to your creative work. Bring your social media and external portfolio links together so people can continue exploring what you create.
Your profile gives people you meet at anime conventions, cosplay gatherings, automotive events, and related community events a place to reconnect with you.
Keep your creative presence connected beyond a single event or social post.
Build a History Beyond Social Media
Approved appearances become part of your profile's upcoming and past event history, keeping that participation connected to your introduction and creative links.
Upcoming Appearances
Give visitors a view of upcoming events where your participation has been confirmed.
Past Appearances
After an event ends, its approved participation record becomes part of your As Seen At history.
Appearance records are based on approved participation and event dates. They do not independently verify that someone physically attended.
Be Part of the Event Lineup
Approved cosplayers with a completed public profile can appear in the public talent listings for participating organizer-managed events. Visitors can follow your profile from the event to learn about you and find your creative work.
This connects your profile to the event's community. Not every convention uses CrateOnScene, and appearing in a listing does not guarantee views or future invitations.
Connect With More Opportunities to Participate
Apply as a cosplayer to eligible organizer-managed events and let the organizer consider your participation. Applications require approval; submitting one does not reserve a place.
Eligible, authorized organizers can discover your profile and invite you to events they manage. My Events gives you a place to review those invitations and accept or decline.
Build a presence that gives organizers context when considering you for their events.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do models and cosplayers need different accounts?
No. Register with the shared Model/Cosplayer account role, then choose Model, Cosplayer, or Both in your profile. A Both profile lets you choose the appropriate participation role when applying or accepting an invitation.
Can I apply to every convention listed on CrateOnScene?
No. Talent applications are available for eligible organizer-managed events. A public event listing alone does not mean the organizer accepts applications through CrateOnScene.
Who approves my application?
The event organizer reviews your application and can approve, waitlist, or decline it. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
How do organizer invitations work?
Authorized official-partner organizers can invite cosplayers to events they manage. Review the invitation in My Events and accept or decline. Invitations do not guarantee payment, sponsorship, or future opportunities.
What becomes part of my appearance record?
Approved participation appears in upcoming or past history according to event dates. Pending applications and unanswered invitations are not confirmed appearances. This history records approved participation, not independently verified attendance.
Where can I share more of my cosplay work?
Add Instagram, TikTok, and website or portfolio links to your public profile. These links let visitors explore work you share outside CrateOnScene.
