CrateOS Organizer Partnership Program
Import Crate has proudly supported car culture through our event sponsorship program — providing giveaways, co-promotion, and sponsor recognition for organizers.
As the community has grown, we’ve taken the next step: all sponsorships are now part of the CrateOS Organizer Partnership Program.
This new program expands what sponsorship used to mean, giving organizers structured levels of support, recognition, and promotion.
🔹 1. Official CrateOS Partner
Limited to 5 per city
The highest level of partnership with CrateOS. Reserved for just five organizers per city who commit to listing all their events on CrateOS and using the full platform tools.
Requirements:
- Host a minimum of 6 events per year (on average, one every other month)
- List all events on CrateOS
- Use all platform features (registration, RSVPs, tracking)
- Display Import Crate + CrateOS logos on flyers and socials
Benefits:
- $100 worth of Import Crate giveaways at every event
- Premier Spotlight feature on the CrateOS homepage
- Dedicated announcement posts on Import Crate + CrateOS socials
- Blog + LinkedIn feature posts
- Recognized as an Official CrateOS Partner (top-tier status)
🔹 2. CrateOS Verified
For consistent organizers who regularly list events on CrateOS and demonstrate credibility in the car community.
Requirements:
- List most or all events on CrateOS
- Use RSVPs/registration features for listed events
- Display CrateOS logo on flyers and socials for listed events
Benefits:
- $50 worth of Import Crate giveaways for listed events
- Eligible for periodic spotlight features
- Recognized as CrateOS Verified (trusted organizer status)
🔹 3. Powered by CrateOS
Entry-level recognition for organizers who are beginning to list with us.
Requirements:
- List one or more events on CrateOS
Benefits:
- Exposure through CrateOS platform tools and community
- Eligible to grow into Verified or Official status
- Recognized as Powered by CrateOS
🔹 4. Featured Partner
Reserved for organizers who host large-scale seasonal events (2–3 per year) or for unique collaborations chosen by CrateOS.
Requirements:
- Selected by CrateOS based on scale, impact, or collaboration potential
- May include unique sponsorship arrangements
Benefits:
- Eligible for Premier Spotlight feature placement
- Promoted as a Featured CrateOS Partner across channels
- Flexible giveaway packages (case-by-case)
