Your Event Experience. Your Professional Presence.

Build a profile that connects your event appearances, experience, and work in one place.

Establish Your Professional Presence

Give people a place to learn who you are and the experience you bring to events. Your public profile brings your introduction, profile photo, biography, and social media and portfolio links together.

Whether you participate in automotive, anime, cosplay, or related event communities, you can connect people to your work without having to tell your story again in every conversation.

A public profile gives your experience a place to stay connected.

Let Your Experience Speak for Itself

Approved event participation contributes to your public appearance history, giving people context beyond individual social posts.

Upcoming Appearances

Show the upcoming events where your participation has been confirmed.

Past Appearances

After an event ends, its approved participation record appears in your past appearance history under As Seen At.

These records reflect approved participation and event dates; they are not independent verification of physical attendance.

Be Seen Through the Events You Join

Approved models with a completed public profile can appear in the talent listings on organizer-managed event pages. People exploring the event can follow your profile to learn more about you and your work.

This gives your presence context within the events you join. It does not guarantee profile views, selection for other events, or paid work.

Connect With Event Opportunities

Apply to eligible organizer-managed events as a model and give the organizer an opportunity to consider your participation. Applications require review and approval.

Eligible, authorized organizers can also discover your profile and invite you to their events. You can review invitations in My Events and choose whether to accept or decline.

Your profile and participation history can help introduce you to an organizer. Each event makes its own participation decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a model profile?

Register using the shared Model/Cosplayer account role, then select Model in your profile setup. If you do both, select Both. Add your display name, username, biography, photo, and links as appropriate.

Can I have a public profile before joining an event?

Yes. You can create and share your public profile before you have approved event participation. Your appearance history develops as participation is confirmed.

Does applying mean I am accepted?

No. Applications are available for eligible organizer-managed events and begin pending review. The organizer can approve, waitlist, or decline an application.

Can organizers invite me?

Yes. Authorized official-partner organizers can invite models to events they manage. You can accept or decline an invitation in My Events. An invitation is not a promise of paid booking or sponsorship.

What does my appearance history show?

Approved participation records are grouped into upcoming and past appearances according to event dates. Pending applications and unanswered invitations do not appear as confirmed appearances. These records do not independently verify attendance.
